Doxmate is an AI-powered appointment management and communication platform used by hospitals and clinics to automate booking, rescheduling, and reminders through WhatsApp Cloud API.
Doxmate is NOT a medical tool and does NOT replace professional healthcare judgment.

This Medical Disclaimer explains the limits of Doxmate’s role in patient interaction.

1. No Medical Advice

  • Doxmate does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making.
  • All information sent via Doxmate is strictly administrative (appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling).
  • Any medical concerns, symptoms, emergencies, or health-related questions must be directed to a licensed healthcare professional.
  • Patients should never rely on messages from Doxmate for medical judgment or treatment decisions.

2. Administrative Use Only

Doxmate is designed exclusively for:

  • Appointment booking
  • Appointment rescheduling
  • Appointment reminders
  • Clinic workflow automation
  • WhatsApp communication for scheduling purposes

Doxmate is not intended to assess patient conditions or determine the urgency of medical cases.

3. No Storage of Medical Records

To protect patient safety and privacy:

  • Doxmate does not solicit, store, or process detailed medical information such as diagnoses, prescriptions, symptoms, lab results, or treatment histories.
  • Sending such information through Doxmate or WhatsApp is prohibited and violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Responsibility of Healthcare Providers

Hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals using Doxmate remain fully responsible for:

  • Medical assessments
  • Treatment decisions
  • Emergency responses
  • Patient safety and care
  • Accurate appointment configurations

Doxmate does not verify medical correctness or validate clinical information.

5. WhatsApp Cloud API Disclaimer

Doxmate uses WhatsApp Cloud API for communication.

  • Messages are encrypted in transit by Meta platforms.
  • Meta/WhatsApp delivery failures, outages, or delays may affect appointment reminders.
  • Doxmate is not responsible for issues arising from Meta’s or third-party service interruptions.

Clinics should maintain backup communication channels.

6. No Emergency Handling

Doxmate must never be used for emergencies.

  • It cannot detect urgent medical needs.
  • It cannot contact emergency services.
  • Patients must call their doctor or local emergency number for urgent care.

7. Limitation of Liability

Doxmate / Brainox Tech is not liable for:

  • Clinical outcomes or medical decisions
  • Missed or delayed appointments
  • Patient no-shows
  • WhatsApp delivery issues
  • Incorrect data entered by clinic staff
  • Harm resulting from reliance on automated administrative messages

All medical responsibility lies solely with the treating healthcare provider.
